- When will I receive my order?
We will do everything possible to get your items to you as soon as possible. If your order requires urgent delivery, please make a note when you check out the shopping cart. We will advise you the cost of next day delivery. The normal delivery time within New Zealand is 2 to 4 business days. Overseas delivery time is 10-15 days.

- Why was I not able to select my size/color choice?
Please check the details provided for the item to determine if the item comes in the size you wish to purchase.
If a specific item states that it is "out of stock" we do not currently have that item in stock ready for shipping and you will not be able to check out the item. But you can always order the Out of stock item via our preorder areas.

- How much do I need to pay for shipping?
Frieght is FREE for orders over NZ$160 (New Zealand Only).
The delivery charge for order under NZ$45.00 is NZ$4.00 and order amount between NZ$45 and NZ$260 is $NZ6.50 and order amount over NZ$360 is NZ$20.00.
For overseas orders we obtain a quotation from NZ Post.

- Can I include a special message if my order is a gift
Yes, you can enter the message to go with your order at the checkout. We provide free message printout in ink color. You are also welcome to add our gift wrapping services when you check out the order. The gift warpping services is $3.50.

- How to determine my shoe size?
While sitting , place one foot on a piece of paper. This may seem obvious, but make sure the sheet is bigger than your foot. You may want to tape the paper down to keep it from moving.
Holding a pencil as straight as possible, trace around your entire foot.
Using a ruler, measure your foot length.
Length: Measure the distance between the two longest points on your foot tracing. Now, reduce this measurement by 5 mm or 1/5 of an inch. This accounts for the slight space between your foot and the pencil.

To convert them to your local sizes please use the chart below.
These conversions are for guidance only. Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.

- How to determine my shoes width?
? Take a fabric tape measure and place it on the floor cm side down (Note: If you do not have a tape measure you can use a piece of string, cut it or mark it off at the correct length, and then measure the piece of string with a ruler).
? Put your foot flat and stand firmly on the tape measure.
? Measure around the circumference of your foot at its widest point. This is usually from the bone just below your big toe, to the bone below your little toe (N.B. The tape measure should be at a slight angle).

? Take the measurement to the nearest 0.5cm.
? Foot size can vary, so please measure both feet.

Generally, once a product is sold out, it will take us from seven days to 40 days to receive another shipment depends on the brand. Products that we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. However, you may order them in the preorder areas. - Can you change your lining to non-leather?
Yew, no problem if you choose a style from our Armonia range of shoes. We do understand some brides due to religion belief or practicing vegan, they would like to order shoes are made of non-leather materials.
