Frieght is FREE for order over NZ$160.00 (New Zealand Only), Freight within New Zealand is sent via Fastway with tracking and trace. The delivery charge for order under NZ$45.00 is $3.00. For order amount between NZ$45.00 and NZ$160.00, the shipping cost is NZ$6.00. International orders are sent via International Economy Courier. Overseas orders, please contact us for freight quotation.

All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. Do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

SHORTAGE

It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

INCORRECT GOODS

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments or shoes. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

NON DELIVERIES

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours for delivery within 3-4 days for New Zealand orders and 10-15 days for overseas orders. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the order and we will fully reimburse you.

We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.

We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty or care owed to you by us or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.

We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.

Refund and Exchange

Iris Gift are committed to your complete satisfaction, so if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided the following steps are taken:

Refund

Please allow 7(seven) working days from the date we receive your goods back for your refund to be completed and then a further 3 working days for this to appear on your account. As we are constantly dealing with enquiries and sales, we will not answer e-mails regarding refunds unless that maximum time has passed.

Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us) to retain possession of them and take reasonable care of them.

Exchange

A 1(one) time exchange order is allowed per invoice with the FREE shipping. Any additional exchanges needed for the same order will be charged the normal shipping rate. We will delivery the exchanged items by Fastway with tracking and trace.

For Exchanges, please send written notice to us no later than 7 (seven) working days following the day that the goods were received. By post to the address at the bottom of the page or by email support@irisgift.com.

Please provide your order number, name, and address, and reason for the exchange. Please do not send items back without this information enclosed as this will delay the processing of your refund or exchange.

PLEASE ENSURE A COPY OF YOUR E-MAIL INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS WITHIN THE PACKAGE, ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN ENTER A NOTE INSIDE.

Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 7 WORKING DAYS from when the goods were received.

We advise you return the items by courier post with signature required delivery or any another means that requires a signature at our end.

When you return your order the goods must be returned to us at your cost, however we will not charge an additional delivery cost for exchanges of our items for first time exchange, this can be for any other product or size. Please include a detailed description of the item you would like us to send including the SKU number, Size, and Color. If we do not have the correct size we will refund your money or you can choose another style.

(Please note: We will not be responsible for any missing items that are returned to us - no refunds will be given unless we receive the goods safely, with the necessary documentation and within our deadline under any circumstances!).
